Situated on a golf course, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

Overlooking the golf course the house is spread over 3 floors with the ground floor comprising of a fully fitted kitchen which has a door leading outside to a small utility area. There is a large open plan lounge/dining room with patio doors leading out into the secure, enclosed garden. Out here is a shaded patio area with table and chairs, ideal for all those outdoor meals. Also on this floor is a cloakroom with WC. The 1st floor has the master bedroom with king sized bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors from the bedroom lead out onto a balcony with table and chairs. A twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and 2nd bathroom are also on this floor. The extremely spacious 2nd floor has the other twin bedded room with patio doors and another balcony. All bedrooms and lounge/dining room have air conditioning/heating units and apart from the 3rd bedroom all have ceiling fans too.
The house is on a secure gated community with adult swimmimg pool, children`s pool and paddle tennis courts. A 2 minute walk along the road takes you to a children`s play area with a bar/restaurant.
The area remains very Spanish and very unspoilt with miles of golden sandy beaches which are backed by sand dunes and pine trees.
There is a water park and karting track a 10 minute drive away.
Within easy reach of the property are charming small towns such as Cartaya, 10 minutes away, El Rompido 5 minutes away, here you will find numerous restaurants and bars in these traditional Spanish towns. Within walking distance of the house are numerous shops, bars and restaurants, both in Nuevo Portil and El Portil. Cycle hire is available in peak season on the main coastal road near the house. For golf enthusiasts the Nuevo Portil golf club is a ten minute walk from the house and there are at least 6 other courses within a 30 minute drive from the property. Green fees in this part of Spain are much more reasonably priced than in the nearby Algarve or the Costa Del Sol. Golf is pleasurable in the mild winter months and we can offer longer rental periods. For people looking for culture and shopping Seville is a 1hour 15 minute drive away.
